As with our other pursuits, our food offerings aren’t just filling a line on the menu. The recipes for our unique items are specific and carefully developed using the freshest and finest local and imported ingredients possible.
We allow our extra-buttery brioche 24-48 hours to rise, then mix in Belgian pearl sugar and cook each waffle to order for a perfect caramelized shell with a hint of vanilla. Served with fresh fruit, house-made whipped cream, Vermont maple syrup, and Nutella. Only available Saturday and Sunday until noon.
We’ve just begun our exploration of Middle-Eastern inspired mezze – simple plates that stand on their own or perfectly compliment our selection of beer, wine, and cocktails.
Our first plates include a rotating selection of simple breads, olives, meats, cheeses, and nuts.
We house make muffins daily as well as offering a rotating selection of sweet and savory pastries from Beaver Bakery and LeQuartiér.
